How it Works for Recurring Membership Fees   
 
1.      Authorize
  Members authorize your club to process payments from a credit or debit card. Vanco will provide you with a customized master copy of the authorization form.
 
2.      Enter the Payment
  After receiving a signed authorization form from your member, the payment information needs to be entered into our system for processing. The easiest and most common way to enter payment information is through Vanco's online Service Center, a secure website designed for our clients to manage their electronic transactions. Once the information is entered, the rest is automated. A friendly Vanco implementation specialist will help you get going and provide ongoing assistance.
 
3.      Process and Settle
  On the scheduled payment date, Vanco processes all authorized card transactions and directs the funds into your account.
 
4.      Confirm
  Vanco generates a deposit report confirming the total amount deposited into your account. Your members in turn see the transactions on their credit card or bank statements.




PCI Compliance

Vanco Services, LLC is a PCI (Payment Card Industry) Level 1 Compliant Service Provider. This means you don't have to take on the risk, work and worry of electronically storing sensitive data.

You can put a member's recurring payment on hold with a click of the mouse. Simply log into Vanco's online Service Center, open the member's record and change the "On Hold" status from "No" to "Yes". A friendly Vanco implementation specialist will help you get started and provide ongoing assistance.
